Position: Account Manager
This position has been filled.
IWD Canada is looking for a passionate Account Manager to service our customers. An ideal candidate is someone with a great attitude who can manage new projects, maintain existing, and problem solve issues as they arise. A technical background is not necessary as training is provided.
Responsibilities
– Provide on-going service to our Customers
– Manage projects and work requests as requested
– Handle billing and payments for various services
– Work closely with our team to complete and launch projects
– Develop rapport with our new and existing customers
– Work with the team to continuously improve processes and practices
Requirements
– Ability to communicate with strong written and oral skills
– Great attention to detail
– Hard working with a positive attitude
– Post-secondary education is an asset
Availability: Immediate.
Hours: Will begin as part-time then graduate to full-time.
